Thanks for your entry into the tournament on Saturday in East Wenatchee. We are playing at two sites. Eastmont Junior High and Pioneer Middle School. The gyms will open at 7AM at the earliest there will be a coaches meeting at 7:30 and play will begin at 8AM.
We will have 2 day officials for both sites because of their close proximity.
Warm ups will be 5 minutes and 5 minutes for the first two matches of each pool and 3 and 3 for the remaining pool and bracket matches. There will be water only in the gyms with penalties enforced if needed to curb any violations. As usual, there are some first time parents and family, but please remind them if you see them to take them out of the gyms. It will happen, but please help in “reminding” them of the penalties. No outlet usage by non tournament official use.That includes cell phones or any other electronic devices. Just don’t use the outlets. Period. Please tell your teams to charge their devices or video cameras before it begins. Times are changing and liability rules change with them.
