AFTER TRYOUTS – Your Next steps
After being selected for a team, there is a process to accept the offer to play for NCWVBC called a “Club Assignment” You will be emailed a link or you can use the link below to “ACCEPT” the club assignment. You have accepted the NCWVBC Club Assignment in your Sports Engine account. I’ll be contacting you over the next few weeks if you still need to get this done.

The message says “Get Membership” but it just means to continue to verify who the assignment is for.
This process will help you make sure you have a full Jr Season USAV membership or have upgraded your $15 Tryout membership to a full Jr. USAV membership. (Tryout memberships only last a few days)
This is paid to USA Volleyball/ERVA of $65.00 for insurance and liability coverage. This is required to participate. To purchase the 23-24 ERVA Junior Player or 23-24 ERVA Junior Player – SafeSport Required 18’s membership, click on the blue link to purchase.
Go to www.NCWVBC.com and print and read “2023/2024 NCWVBC Player/Parent Handbook” then sign the Code of Conduct for Athlete and Parent pages located on the last two pages of the handbook and bring to your parent meeting/1st practice.

NEW JERSEY ORDERING THIS SEASON
FYI– you will need to order your player’s jersey and they will be delivered to your home prior to our first tournament.
The NCWVBC Board will be providing payment vouchers for the new jerseys (1 black & 1 white) to all players.
If you have your jerseys from last year, Christie would like them back so please turn them at tryouts, Parent meeting/1st practice.
