U16 Lights Out Entrants
The gym will open at 7AM. There will be a coaches meeting at 7:30 and play will begin at 8AM. There will be a church service being held in the commons area so we will be using the gym entrance hallway for team staging areas, including food tables.
Warm ups will be 5 minutes and 5 minutes for the first two matches of each pool and 3 and 3 for the remaining pool and bracket matches.
There will be water only in the gyms with penalties enforced if needed to curb any violations. As usual, there are some first time parents and family, but please remind them if you see them to take them out of the gyms. It will happen, but please help in “reminding” them of the penalties.
No outlet usage by non tournament official use. That includes cell phones or any other electronic devices. Just don’t use the outlets. Please tell your teams to charge their devices or video cameras before it begins.
